So, a funny thing happened on the way to the forum...

I'm a lawyer.  Finally.  I found out while we were in Japan that I had aced the MPRE (multi-state professional responsibility exam - aka ethics - yes, lawyers have ethics) this time around, and I spent some time putting together my request for a late admission to the Bar.  This super long journey finally ended.  The sense of relief that I feel is overwhelming, but I think Wayne also has the very same feelings.  I don't think I've ever seen him beaming that widely, not even when we got married.

He no longer has to worry about the nightmares associated with school any more!  His own nightmares, I mean, not mine!

Again, my profound thanks to all who supported me on this journey.  It's now time to make the world a better place for foster kids and families at risk.  I'm sure it will be a wild ride.
